  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  A CCTV system will be maintained that conforms to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and meets the requirements & expectations of the Licensing& Police Authorities.  The system must operate at all times the premises are open.  Recordings will be kept for 31 days.  A responsible member of staff must be trained in how to use the system and retrieval of recordings for an officer of a responsible authority.

   

  To ensure the safety of customers and staff risk assessments required under separate legislation will be undertaken and regularly review.

   

  No alterations or additions to be made to the existing plant or equipment, (particularly the system of kitchen extraction) without approval from the borough council's environmental health officer. No external plant is to be installed without planning permission.
