• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  a) General

  We will ensure our procedures and working practices comply with the Licensing Act. My role as the DPS will also involve supervising my staff and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities through training.

  b) The prevention of crime and disorder

  CCTV is fitted in the shop and this acts as a deterrent. Staff will deal with potentially difficult situations

  Using a low approach, which avoids escalation of incidents. Customers will be reminded disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and the police will be informed where necessary.

  c) Public Safety

  d) The prevention of public nuisance.

  We will follow guidance stipulated in the Licensing Act, alcohol will not be sold to people that are already drunk.

  e) The protection of children from harm.

  In compliance with the licensing Act, we will ensure no alcohol will be sold to under aged people and if suspicion arises ID's will be require before approving a sale.

   

• ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS.

  The following mandatory conditions are to be applied to the licence stated above in accordance with section 3 (1) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.

  The following conditions shall come into force on 1st October 2010

  1. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

     (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

• Police Condition

  CCTV that records and all recordings are kept for one month.
