Licensing Act 2003
This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
SIA licensed security on duty at all times when the premises is open to the public after the hours of 00:30hrs on a Saturday and Sunday morning (so Friday and Saturday nights).
This member of staff must be wearing a high visibility outer garment at all times when on duty.
Any incident of crime and disorder will be reported to the police and a record of any incident will be recorded in an incident book which will be maintained on the premises and monitored by the premise licence holder. this incident book must be made availiable to an authorised officer upon request.
A well maintained CCTV system will be in operation and recordings must be kept for a minimum of 31 days, all staff will be trained in accessing and downloading footage or images which will be made availiable to authorised officers as required.
The CCTV must cover the customer service area together with the immediate external frontage of the premises.
Notices shall be displayed in a prominent position asking for customers to respect the needs of local residents.
The premises licence holder will adopt a litter policy in the immediate vicinity and provide suitable receptabcles fit for purpose.
