  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder -

  The Sale of alcohol shall only be permitted as follows:

                       To persons seated at a table who are dining (or who have dined on the same occasion) at the restaurant.

                       With take-away food orders delivered to a fixed address which must be paid for by credit card.  The delivery person employed by the restaurant must check the credit card against photographic ID produced by the purchaser.

                       To persons who are waiting for takeaway food to be prepared, such persons be not allowed to take such drinks outside the premises.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm -

  To adopt a proof of age protocol whereby persons who appear to be under 21 will be asked for proof that they are over 18.  The only acceptable forms of ID will be a passport, photographic driving licence or an ID card displaying the "PASS" hologram.
