  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General -

  The Northampton West Indian Community Association will work closely with the police, and other governing bodies where necessary.

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder -

  The association intends to install CCTV.  Registered doormen are to be used at major functions.

   

  Public safety -

  Health and safety and fire regulations are all to be complied with.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance -

  Users of the premises tend to park on a none-residential street where the main entrance is situated.  Though the rear entrance is situated in a residential area this will only be used for daytime deliveries and access for small events.

   

  The protection of children from harm -

  All staff working with children are to be CRB checked and will work in line with our child protection policy.
