• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Sub Committee Licensing Hearing Conditions.

  1.              The Licensable hours should be between 12.00pm (midday) and 02.00am.

  2.              The Applicant to install and maintain a CCTV system, to be operated by a member of staff with recordings to be kept for at least 30 days.

  3.              The ‘Challenge 21’ policy to be adopted and the premises to become part of the local ‘Pubwatch’ scheme.

  4.              A door supervisor to be employed from an accredited agency.

        5.              An incident book to be kept on the premises with a log to be kept of any incidents.

               

   

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General -

  a)              CCTV will be installed and the tapes will be kept for a minimum of 28 days. There will always be someone on the Premises during open hours who is able to operate the system-during closed hours someone will contactable at all times.

  The door to the Premises will be supervised until closing time.

   

  b)              The prevention of crime and disorder

  Any promotions carried out will be considered and will be responsible. No drinks will be allowed of out of the premises and none will be allowed to be brought in.

  To ensure the door to Premises is supervised all staff know how to deal with any offences.

  c)              Public safety

  CCTV system. All Fire exits & Fire extinguishers will be maintained and have clear labelling on them.

  To ensure sufficient levels of staffing on the premises at all times.

  d)              The prevention of public nuisance

  To check people’s ID and to maintain posters advising we will check ID for anyone we consider to be under 21.  Ensure the premises are kept clean and tidy at all times and that no persons loiter near the premises.

   

  e)              The protection of children from harm

                Regular checks of ID. CCTV system, Door Supervisor.
