  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

  a) General- all four licensing objectives.

  The practises listed below will be kept at all times. The reasonable steps will be taken to be sure that the shop will have a positive impact upon the local community.

  b) The prevention of crime and disorder.

  We installed a digital CCTV system with recording facility. We will keep the incident book. We will train our staff for alcohol establishments.

  c) Public Safety.

  Fire extinguishers at the shop. Alcohol will be not consumed at the premises.

  d) The shop is open from 9 till 21, so there will not be any noise during night. Customers will be asked to respect neighbours.

  e) The protection of children from harm.

  Our employees will be trained in checking customer’s age by accepting

  Passports, Driving Licences, Citizen cards. We will run a challenge 21 scheme. There will not be any performances connected with nudity or semi-nudity at the premises.
