Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
General
a) The use of the bar and lounge is ancillary to the use of the premises as a sports centre for participants and spectators, and it is also available for hire for private or pre-booked functions to which the general public do not have access. Football activities usually cease by about 11pm and any late evening activities at the premises are usually pre-booked functions such as, for example, weddings or birthday parties, with invited guests only.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder
The facilities are primarily in use by those making use of the centre’s facilities and those attending private or pre-booked functions.
A CCTV system will be installed.
Public Safety
c) A CCTV system and relevant Health & Safety policies and staff are fully
trained.
d) The prevention of public nuisance
There is ample car parking space available.
Patrons are asked to leave quietly after using the premises.
e) The Protection of children from harm
The premises are a family-friendly venue, but only children accompanied by adults are permitted in the bar area. Children’s parties, such as birthday parties, take place in the multi-use rooms and sometimes parts of the lounge.
Children are at all times supervised by adults and a recommended under-age scheme will be implemented.
