  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder - CCTV will be installed and tapes kept for reviewing if needed.

  Public Safety - Persons drinking will be monitored.  Fire exit and escape routes will be clearly marked and where required help will be given to disabled etc.

  Prevention of Public Nuisance - Ensure all noise is kept to a minimum.  Deliveries in normal hours and security lightls only on our premises and not intruding on others.

  Protection of Children from Harm - Check I.D when requesting drinks and use Check 21 scheme.  Children only allowed in the restaurant area and not in the bar.
