  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General - The public at large have no access nor are there any direct sales to the public at large other than to persons that have made online orders.  The credit card sales for the online orders are checked and verified by a third party called third man Ltd, the cards are run through a database for age verification, background information on the delivery address and a personal credit check.

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder - CCTV installed and is operated and maintained in accordance with the Police Local Crime Prevention Officers guidelines.  The premises has 12 hour manned guarding and remotely monitored 24 hours a day.
