• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  Prevention of Crime & Disorder - All match days are effectively stewarded and for all functions and events a team of event staff are always present.  Any bar only events (less than 10 per annum) would always have additional security commensurate with the numbers expected for these ticket only events.

   

  Public Safety - All buildings regularly checked and maintanined to satisfy health & safety regulations.  Fire regulations are regularly checked and adhered to with visits from a fire officer.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance - The premises are surrounded by a large free car park.  Stewarding as mentioned above for the duration of the events.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm - The club actively promotes a family environment and has employees checked by the criminal records bureau where they come into contact with children on a regular basis.  There are no gaming machines on the premises and we will not accept any function likely to include nudity or semi nudity.
