On occasions when the facilities are being used for a Pre-Booked function, the opening hours will extend to a maximum terminal hour of 23:00 HRS.
ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
Public Safety -
To maintain written documentation covering Health & Safety and Fire Precautions, and other risk assessments to ensure the safety of members, guests and staff.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance -
To ensure that the kitchen extraction system does not cause noise or vibration audible outside the building and to further ensure that no noxious smells expel from the system.
The Protection of Children from Harm -
The management support the challenge 21 scheme and appropriate signage will be displayed. They will ensure a system of staff training is in place.
