Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
General -
Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for the consumption by such a person as an ancillary to his meal.
Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor, including drinking water, shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
The premises shall be kept in a decent and orderly manner and drunkenness or other disorderly conduct shall not be permitted.
The prevention of crime and disorder -
Licences granted shall be clearly displayed in a prominent position within the premises:
Emergency telephones shall be kept and maintained in a conspicuous place.
The licensee shall ensure that adequate measures are in place to prevent persons entering the premises with controlled drugs and carry out regular preventative checks.
Public safety -
A certificate as to safety of the building shall be maintained:
A log book detailing inspections, incidents and nominated persons shall be kept.
Competent attendants over the age of 18 years shall be on duty during opening times.
All electrical installations shall be maintained so as to prevent danger.
The prevention of public nuisance -
The licensee must ensure that persons leaving the premises do so in a quiet manner.
