  All recorded music played on the premises shall be at background music levels and not at entertainment levels such as would be employed for discos and events of a like nature.  Similarly, television(s) shall be operated at normal listening levels.  Accordingly, recorded music and television sound shall not be audible beyond the boundary of the property.

   

  ii.              Windows and doors should be kept closed in order to prevent noise escape to sound sensitive premises.

   

  iii.              All steps offered in the Application to promote the four licensing objectives to be adhered to, apart from the employees being selected from middle-aged groups, which would contravene age discrimination legislation.

   

   

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General -

  Alcohol will be served with in permitted hours by the licensed person or under his supervision.

  Club members and their guests only will be served with alcohol.

  Over drunken and their companions will not be served with further alcoholic drinks

  No body will be tolerated to use drug or cigarettes within the premises.

   

  b)               The prevention of crime and disorder

  24 hours, 30 days recoverable digital CCTV and will be sign posted.

  No alcohol drinks will be left without supervision or unlocked.

  Fire regulations will be followed properly.

  c)              Public safety

          Health and safety, food and hygiene regulation.

          Fire regulations and first aid regulations.

          We will make sure that we have fully comprehensive public liability insurance cover.

          All doors and windows will have individual locks

          Electrical, Gas, Water systems has been checked and have quality pass certificates from an   

  Authorized professionals.

  d)              The prevention of public nuisance

  We will make sure that all members will comply with all rules and regulation within the premises.

  No one should be treated differently.

  No musical instruments will be played or no live music will be performed with in outside of premises hours.

  Any members who do not act within the above rules and regulations will be struck off from the club and will be banned from the club.

  We will co- operate with police and other state authorities.

  e)              Children only will be allowed in to the premises when families are member of club or with permission from their parent only for learning Turkish folk dance and instruments.

  No children will tolerate for having drug, cigarettes, or alcohol. The can only spend their time in a certain room. Where it will be designed for all alcohol, tobacco products to be locked and supervised.
