Licensing Objectives
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
General -
System for monitoring both security and safety are fitted out to a high standard. Alcohol will only be available for sale for consumption off the premises.
The prevention of crime and disorder -
A CCTV system is in operation with both visible and invisible cameras and screens, which are in place and are recording 24 hours a day.
Public safety -
The alcohol for sale is displayed in limited areas. All emergency alarm systems in good working order.
The prevention of public nuisance -
Ensure the prevention of public nuisance while leaving the premises. Ensure strict control of the supply of alcohol to customers.
The protection of children from harm -
To prevent the purchases of alcohol by minors, staff will request proof of age identification such as driving licence or passport. Relevant literature to be displayed for customers' attention. Refused sales will be entered into the refusal book with details for records.
