  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  General -

  CCTV equipment is installed inside the premises.

  Staff to be well qualified and trained.

  Spirits are available only over the counter.

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder -

  There would be appropriate 'Challenge 21' signage and a record would be kept of all refusals to serve age inappropriate customers.

   

  Public safety -

  Fire escape at the back of premises.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance -

  Customers would make their purchases and either drive or walk home.

   

  The protection of children from harm -

  There would be no underage sales.

• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
