service counter and delivery collection point.
Recordings will be retained for at least 31 days
and made available to police or licensing
officers upon request.
During the late-night hours (23:00–05:00), the
premises will not be open to the general public
— only authorised staff and delivery couriers
(e.g., Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo) will have
access.
All staff will be trained to handle conflict, refuse
service to intoxicated or disorderly persons,
and report any suspicious behaviour to the
police.
Public safety

fire safety, first aid awareness, and health and
safety procedures.

clearly marked and maintained.
A manager or responsible person will always
be present on-site during late-night hours to
ensure operations are conducted safely.
The prevention of public nuisance

delivery orders only, there will be no dine-in or
walk-in takeaway service.
Delivery drivers will be instructed to wait quietly
and switch off engines while collecting orders
to avoid disturbance to nearby residents.
All waste will be disposed of appropriately, and
no outdoor music or activity will occur after
23:00.
Lighting will be sufficient for safety but
designed to avoid light pollution to neighbours.
The protection of children from harm
The business does not sell alcohol or agerestricted
products, and therefore the risk to
children is minimal.
Staff are trained in safeguarding awareness
and instructed to act responsibly if any young
person appears vulnerable or at risk.
All advertising and promotional materials will
be appropriate for family audiences.
