• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)

  No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)

  at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

   

  (b)

  at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)

  Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (13 & 18) and current club rules as adopted by the Committee are adhered to.

• Police Conditions

   

  1.  The operator of the premises shall ensure that bottles, glasses and other open containers are not     

        taken from the premises unless this practise is specifically authorised by the premises certificate.

   

  2.  To prevent incidents of crime and disorder an ecpectation prevails that the operators of premises

        and their staff will atall reasonable times co-operate fully with the Police and other enforcement

        agencies and shall take steps to ensure that members of their staff understand the importance of

        the responsibility they hold.

   

  3.  In relation to premises where membership is a condition of entry, such measures should be put in

       place to ensure entry to the premises is restricted to those members and any admission to

       bona-fide guests of members is recorded on the Premises.  This register shall be and retained for

       12 months, and produced immediately on the request of an authorised officer.
