• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

  The Prevention of crime and disorder -

  Minimal stock levels will be maintained, other than for private functions there will be no bar servery. For the cafe operation alcohol will be served by attended service from a separate dispense area.

  Public Safety -

  Adequate risk assessments have been undertaken to ensure the safety of customers and staff.

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance -

  By continuing to run the premises under the present style of operation, this licensing objective will not be compromised.

  The Protection of Children from Harm -

  When alcohol is available for sale or supply to be aware of the challenge 21 proof of age scheme.

   

   

• ANNEX 3 - CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

  That the application be granted with the following conditions.

   

  1.              The supply of wine and soft drinks only may be made between 12.00 and 22.00.

   

  2.              Drinks may be supplied only for consumption on the premises.

   

  3.              Only recorded music may be played and this to be of a low enough volume not to cause annoyance.

   

         4.              No music may be played after 22.00.
