Licence Conditions
A fully working and maintained system of CCTV must be installed. The system must record at all times the premises is open to the public. Images must be stored for 28 days. The system must cover the entrance and the retail area.
A person must be on the premises at all times they are open to the public to enable viewing of recordings on request of an officer from a responsible authority and subsequent full downloads must be available within the following 24 hours.
A record of staff members must be kept. This record must include names, dates of birth, home addresses and current documentation demonstrating the right to work of the individual with photographic id.
This record must be kept on the premises at all times and employee’s details must be retained for a period of no less than six months after their employment has ceased. The records must be made available to an officer from a responsible authority including an immigration officer on demand.
Risk assessments required under separate legislation must be maintained. The portable fire appliances are to be upgraded.
The kitchen extraction system forming part of the premises trading under the former authority of pl405 must continue to be professionally cleaned and maintained on an annual basis. (Last canopy and Ducting clean including installation of a new motor 20/12/2017) and further to ensure noise, vibration and odour does not cause a nuisance.
Unaccompanied children will not be admitted to the premises after 22.00.
