Alcohol only served with food as part of a delivery
No alcohol is served on the premises
Signs will be displayed at the premises and information on any publicity stating alcohol is delivery only with food.
A suitable CCTV system that complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 is in operation at all ltimes the premises is open covering public areas of the premises and specifically at the point of entry. Images are retained for at least 28 days and a member of staff who is trained in retrieving recordings from the CCTV system will be on duty. Recordings are made available for an authorised officer upon reasonable request.
All staff are trained and have a qualification in relevant aspects of the Licensing Act 2003, specifically in relation to underage sales, selling to those already intoxicated and conflict management. A record of who and when trained is kept up to date.
Any delivery of alcohol will require the production of ID before completion. Accepted forms of ID are a valid passport, photographic driving licence,, HM Forcers ID card, an ID card displaying the PASS logo. All customers are advised of this requirement when ordering.
Unaccompanied minors (under 18) will not be allowed on the premises after 8pm.
