ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Environmental Health Conditions
The music and TV noise levels in the premises shall be controlled by a compressor-limiter device with an aim that the sound shall be inaudible within the flats above. Once the building works have been completed and prior to the flats coming into occupation the limiter shall be set to a level to the satisfaction of the Local Authority.
Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -
Family Restaurant there will be enforcement of CCTV.
b) The prevention of crime and disorder.
Not to allow alcohol to be drunk outside the premises.
c) Public safety.
Not to serve any member of the public who is inebriated
d) The prevention of public nuisance.
As above not to serve any members of the public who is inebriated.
e) The protection of children from harm.
Family Restaurant ensuring enforcement of the above.
