• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in                          respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  ADDITIONAL MANDATORY CONDITIONS.

  The following mandatory conditions are to be applied to the licence stated above in accordance with section 3 (1) of The Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010.

   

  The following conditions shall come into force on 1st October 2010

   

  4. (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

     (2) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  1). An 8 camera multiplex CCTV system will be in operation with due warning signs displayed to the public of it's use within the shop. One interior camera is positioned to focus on the entrance doorway to help with the prevention and detection of crime and help with the protection of the customers and staff safety. Recording data will be timed and dated and have a minimum 31days records. The Police and Local Authority Officers may have access to the system at any reasonable time and downloadable recordings on request.

   

  2). A refusal register is to be kept to record any incidents.

   

  3). Fire safety equipment including alarms and 4 fire extinguishers to be regularly manitained present on the premises. All electrical equipment to be safety checked (pat tested). Fire Exit signs are displayed and the staff instructed in emergency evacuation procedures.

   

• Operating Schedule Conditions

   

  The management and staff of the premises are working to promote the Licensing Objectives in accordance with S182 Guidance.

   

  All staff are trained in relation to their roles and responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 specifically in relation to underage sales and selling to those already intoxicated. A register is maintained which includes who and when trained and the subkect matter covered. refresher training is undertaken every 6 months.

   

  An 8 camera multiplex CCTV system that complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 is in operation at all times the premises is open to the public.. One camera is positioned to ensure frontal identification of all persons entering the premises. All recordings are timed and dated and will be kept for a minimum of 31 days. A person is available who is trained in retrieving recordings upon reasonable request of an Authorised Officer.

   

  A refusals register is kept up to date with all refusals recorded. An Incident book is also used to record all incidents.

   

  The frontage outside the premises is kept free of litter and a litter bin is provided for customer use.
