  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or 

   

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Licensing Act 2003

   

  This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.

• Licensing Objectives

   

  Below are the additional steps that you have agreed to undertake to promote the four Licensing Objectives and which form a part of the operating schedule for these premises: -

   

           CCTV fitted within 28 days and fully operational at all time whilst licensable activities are carried out. 

   

           All recordings are to be kept for at least 14 days and made available to the Police upon request.

   

           Any gaming machines must be kept in full view of the bar.

   

           There should be regular staff checks carried out in licensable areas.
