ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
19 Mandatory conditions where licence authorises supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Justice On Licence Conditions
1. Intoxicating liquor not be sold to or consumed by any person under the age of eighteen years and a notice to that effect to be displayed in the bar area.
2. The sale of intoxicating liquor to be restricted to the area shown edged and hatched in red on the deposited plan.
3. No 'off sales' of intoxicating liquor to be allowed.
4. Applications for occasional licences to be limited to functions or special events within the curtilage of Weston Favell Upper School.
5. No sign indicating the presence of a licensed bar to be displayed outside the premises.
6. All intoxicating liquor to be kept securely stored under lock and key whilst such intoxicating liquor is not for sale.
7. Permitted hours sto be 5:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday inclusive, 11:00am to 11:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays 11:00am to 10:30pm.
Licensing Act 2003
This licence is granted on the condition that the restrictions contained within the enactments specified under the Licensing Act 2003 Schedule 8 (1 & 6) are adhered to.
